I apply a topical numbing cream before and during the treatment to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. Most clients describe the sensation as a mild scratching feeling. The vast majority are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the process is — many even doze off!
Results vary depending on the treatment and your skin type. In general, eyebrow treatments last 1–3 years, lip blush lasts 2–3 years, and eyeliner lasts 2–4 years. Annual or biannual colour refreshes are recommended to keep your results looking their best.
In the first few days after treatment you may notice some redness and slight swelling — this is completely normal. The colour will appear darker initially before lightening significantly. Between days 4–7 the area may flake — please do not pick at it. By weeks 4–6 the true healed colour settles.
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment. This is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details on cancellation and rescheduling.
Absolutely. Ileana operates from both the Wallsend (Wallsend) and Middlesbrough studios. Simply choose whichever is most convenient for you when booking. If you're unsure, feel free to get in touch and we'll help you find the best slot.
Please arrive on time — being more than 15 minutes late may affect your appointment. Please do not wear makeup to your brow or lip appointment. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment and do not take blood thinners unless medically necessary. Full pre-care guidance will be sent upon booking.
