1. Parties

By booking services with ILY Eyebrows Artist, you are entering into a contractual arrangement with ILY Eyebrows Artist. References to we, us and our refer to Ileana Iliuta trading as ILY Eyebrows Artist. References to you and your refer to the individual contracting under these Terms.

2. Definitions

Pre/Post Care Conditions — Explanatory advice notes relating to the Services provided to you before and after treatment.

Consent Form — The document recording your informed consent to treatment, required before any treatment commences.

Deposit — A non-refundable deposit of £50 payable before any treatment commences.

Top-Up Treatment — The follow-up treatment carried out 8–12 weeks after the Initial Treatment.

Initial Consultation and Patch Test — A 30-minute consultation and patch test available before your Initial Treatment, bookable at your discretion. This is not mandatory.

Initial Treatment — The initial treatment of your choice.

Price — The current price (inclusive of VAT) of any treatment as advertised on the date of booking.

Risks — Risks inherent in providing the Services, including (but not limited to): allergic reactions; minor bruising, swelling, flaking, tenderness or dryness following treatment; the possibility that colour may not precisely match the pigmentation chosen; and any issues arising from your aftercare.

Semi-Permanent Make Up — Both the process and result of permanent implantation of coloured pigmentation into the skin for cosmetic purposes.

Unsuitable Medical Condition — Any medical condition that makes treatment unsuitable for you, whether or not expressly set out in the Consent Form.

3. Booking Terms

To use the Services of ILY Eyebrows Artist, you will be required to book your treatment and pay the Deposit via the booking system or by phone. We agree to carry out the treatment upon full payment of the Price, provided you comply with these Terms.

Services are only available to those aged 18 and over. No person under 18 will be treated under any circumstances.

A 15-minute mini-consultation will be carried out immediately prior to your Initial Treatment. You may also book an optional Initial Consultation (including a patch test) if you wish to have a longer consultation before your treatment date.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant, you cannot undergo treatment under any circumstance. If you arrive for your appointment and are pregnant, the treatment will not take place and only the balance above the Deposit will be returned. If you become pregnant between your Initial and Follow-Up Treatment, the Follow-Up will not be carried out and must be rescheduled at least 12 weeks after giving birth. Your treatment fee will not be refunded.

If you are breastfeeding, you may proceed with treatment provided you have been breastfeeding for 12 weeks or more.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your Initial Treatment with no less than 48 hours' notice, at no charge, provided the rescheduled date falls within 6 months of the original date. You may only reschedule up to twice — after which your deposit will be forfeited. ILY Eyebrows Artist cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled appointments. We may, at our sole discretion, decline further rescheduling requests.

If you choose to have a follow-up treatment with a third party rather than attending your Follow-Up Treatment with ILY Eyebrows Artist, no refund of your Deposit is payable and we bear no liability for any results from third-party treatments.

Late Cancellation

Treatments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. Cancellations on the day of treatment will incur a 100% charge.

If you cancel your Follow-Up Treatment, a charge of £40 applies to any rescheduled Follow-Up. All Follow-Up Treatments must be carried out within 8–12 weeks of the Initial Treatment. After 12 weeks, this is treated as an Annual Top-Up appointment.

No-shows will result in 100% of the treatment being charged to the card on file. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being treated as a no-show.

Other Booking Conditions

We always endeavour to keep to the appointment schedule, though booking times may be subject to minor change. Treatments may, in circumstances beyond our control, need to be cancelled — we will notify you as soon as possible and rearrange for the nearest available date.

If you have had any Semi-Permanent Makeup or Microblading carried out previously, you must send clear images to us before booking. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we do not consider it in your best interests. We are not liable for your travel costs under any circumstances.

If a third treatment session is required, a fee of £30 is payable on the day. This must be completed within 8–12 weeks of your Follow-Up Treatment.

If you have not followed the correct pre-procedure requirements and this prevents treatment from proceeding, you remain liable to pay the full treatment cost.

4. Payment

The Deposit is payable via the booking system or by phone and secures your Initial Treatment. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your Initial Treatment and includes the cost of the Follow-Up Treatment.

We accept payment by bank transfer, cash, debit card, or credit card. We do not accept cheques. If payment is not made in accordance with these Terms, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the Deposit.

5. Risk and Non-Denigration

We agree to provide Services using the standard of care reasonably expected of a commercial provider of these Services, in full compliance with applicable UK law and health and safety legislation.

Whilst we always endeavour to deliver results you will be happy with, specific outcomes differ per client depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. We cannot guarantee results that match your expectations and we accept no liability for results that do not meet those expectations. By booking and attending treatment, you acknowledge that ILY Eyebrows Artist is not responsible for any disappointment in results.

Dissatisfaction with results does not give rise to a right to publish defamatory or denigratory comments about ILY Eyebrows Artist or its staff online or in any other forum. ILY Eyebrows Artist will take necessary steps to protect its reputation.

You accept and agree that:

• Neither ILY Eyebrows Artist nor any member of staff is qualified to give medical advice.
• As an adult (over 18), the decision to have treatment has been made by you alone.
• You will read and follow the Pre/Post Care Conditions provided.
• Certain factors beyond our control (including your own skin characteristics) create Risks for which we bear no liability, other than for death or personal injury arising from our negligence.
• In very rare cases, pigment will not hold due to skin type, and we cannot be held responsible for low or no pigment uptake.
• Some skin types may not retain the crispness of the pigmented hair stroke over time.
• Any complaint must be made strictly in accordance with Clause 8.

6. Liability

If you breach these Terms, your maximum liability to us will be any unpaid balance of the Price for our Services.

If you publish or cause to be published defamatory or denigratory statements about ILY Eyebrows Artist or any member of staff (including via social media, Google reviews, or any other online forum), we reserve the right to take necessary action to protect our reputation, including seeking damages and injunctive relief.

Our maximum liability to you for any breach of these Terms will be limited to the Price (or any part of it) paid by you for the Services. We shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence.

7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

We agree to keep your personal data strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. A medical form will be completed on the day of your appointment, and we will request your consent to retain those details.

Information collected will be used solely for the purposes of providing the Services and contacting you where necessary. We will hold your data for a period of 12 months unless otherwise agreed. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

You agree to keep any dispute or complaint strictly confidential between the parties and any appointed mediator.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you wish to make a complaint relating to our Services, you agree to:

• Put your complaint in writing to Ileana Iliuta at [email protected] and work collaboratively to find a mutually agreeable resolution.
• Not publish your complaint more widely — whether orally, in writing, or online — and to keep any dispute strictly confidential.

We will investigate your complaint and provide a considered response within 21 days of receipt. If you accept any settlement offered, that settlement will be in full and final resolution and kept private between the parties.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) for independent mediation. Only if such mediation fails may you issue proceedings before the English Courts, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. All disputes are governed by the laws of England.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms shall survive any sale of our business. They are not capable of assignment without the written consent of both parties.

Any notice under these Terms must be given in writing to [email protected]. Notices to you will be delivered to your last known email or postal address.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our rights, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Subject to Clause 8, the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising.
