I apply a topical numbing cream before and during the treatment to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. Most clients describe the sensation as a mild scratching feeling. The vast majority are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the process is — many even doze off!
Results vary depending on the treatment and your skin type. In general, eyebrow treatments last 1–3 years, lip blush lasts 2–3 years, and eyeliner lasts 2–4 years. Annual or biannual colour refreshes are recommended to keep your results looking their best. Oily skin and sun exposure can cause pigment to fade more quickly.
In the first few days after treatment you may notice some redness and slight swelling — this is completely normal. The colour will appear darker initially before lightening significantly. Between days 4–7 the area may flake — please do not pick at it. By weeks 4–6 the true healed colour settles. Your complimentary 8-week top-up then perfects any areas.
Absolutely. The consultation at the start of every appointment is dedicated to designing your perfect result together. I map the shape precisely to your facial structure and won't apply anything until you are completely happy.
In many cases yes, but it depends on the existing work. Please send me a clear photograph of your brows before booking any correction work, and I will assess it honestly. I'll never promise something I am unable to deliver safely.
